Montréal 2: We are very high

I have never lived in a highrise that tall as we are now in this LaCité tower.

There was a period in my life while living and working in Budapest, Hungary that I had an apartment on the 9th floor and, accidentally, my workplace was also situated on the 9th floor at the other end of the city. Just for the sake of clarification: what is 9th floor (étage) in Europe - would be 10th floor on this continent, which means they don’t really count the floors but the storeys above the ground level.

Anyway, now we are on the 24th floor. Nor counting my high anxiety… everything is fine. There is no balcony, the windows have mosquito net, so I am fine: I mainly feel uncomfortable if I have to be in an open high level.

The first picture was taken from the street (Park Ave or Ave. du Parc) approximately from the spot marked with the red X on the other picture. And it goes without saying that the other one was taken from our window on the 24th floor.
